Built to Solve a Problem
That Still Exists.

LanguageMark was founded in 2016 in New Delhi — built on the conviction that language services in India were either too expensive, too slow, or too generic for the organizations that needed them most.

The early years were spent building the fundamentals: a network of specialist linguists, a repeatable quality process, and a client base that included some of India’s most demanding buyers — broadcasters, legal teams, government bodies, and enterprise technology companies.

 

The work evolved as the market did. When AI translation tools became mainstream, most language service providers either ignored them or were replaced by them. We took a different view — that AI speed and human expertise are not competing forces but complementary ones. That belief became the foundation of the HATF™ framework: a documented, five-stage process that combines the efficiency of machine translation with the accuracy and cultural judgement that only professional linguists can provide.

Today LanguageMark operates under Insaaniq LLP — working with organisations across media, healthcare, legal, finance, and technology sectors across India, the UAE, the UK, and beyond. The problem we set out to solve in 2016 — organisations that cannot find a language partner they can actually trust with high-stakes content — is still the problem we are here to solve.

Three things
that do not change.

In legal proceedings, medical documentation, and financial disclosures, a language error is not a minor inconvenience. It is a risk. We design every process around the assumption that accuracy is the minimum standard — not a premium option.
Every project at LanguageMark has a named project manager. Every deliverable goes through a documented review process. If something does not meet the agreed standard, we fix it — without negotiation and without additional charge.
 
AI changes what is possible in language services. It does not change what is required. Cultural judgement, domain knowledge, and the ability to recognise when a translation is technically correct but contextually wrong — these are human capabilities. We build AI into our workflow. We do not replace humans with it.

Insaaniq LLP is the parent holding structure for LanguageMark. Incorporated in India, Insaaniq was established to build and operate a portfolio of specialist professional services businesses — each focused on a domain where quality, accountability, and human expertise are the defining factors.

LanguageMark operates as the full-service language and AI quality platform under Insaaniq — with its own client-facing brand, service delivery infrastructure, and operational team. All contracts, invoices, and legal agreements are issued under Insaaniq LLP.

Insaaniq — from the Arabic and Urdu root meaning human — reflects the founding principle that professional services, even in an age of automation, are fundamentally about human judgement applied to complex problems.

Asad Nadeem

Managing Director, LanguageMark

Asad founded LanguageMark in 2016 with a focus on building a language services company that could work reliably on the kind of content most vendors prefer to avoid — legally sensitive, medically complex, or culturally high-stakes material that leaves no room for approximation.

Over ten years, he has led business development across every major sector LanguageMark serves — media, legal, healthcare, enterprise technology, and government — building client relationships with organisations including BBC, Sony India, the Ministry of External Affairs, and Doctors Without Borders. His background is in business development and client operations, with a deep working knowledge of language services, AI post-editing, and multilingual data workflows.

In 2024, Asad established Insaaniq LLP as the parent structure for LanguageMark and future specialist services businesses — with the objective of building a portfolio of high-accountability professional services firms in India.

THE BEGINNING OF A JOURNEY

Our first logo was created in-house back in 2014. While it served us well for many years, we recognized that it lacked a clear philosophy and didn’t quite capture the essence of who we are as a language solutions provider.

THE EVOLUTION OF IDENTITY

In 2018, we decided to refresh our branding with a new logo. We worked with a talented graphic designer to create a modern, sleek design that better reflected our company’s values and mission. The new logo was a step in the right direction, but we still felt like something was missing.

We took the feedback we received from our clients and employees to heart, the final design a vision for the future, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing cutting-edge language solutions to its clients while staying true to its values.
